Because at Edeen we lead by example, our concern for health and the environment translates into the fact that we, at Es berenar, you will find steamed products, with a lot of pampering and cooked at the moment, thus avoiding pre-cooked food. We also work with companies on the island, and we go to the most important Mallorcan markets for our fresh products.

Our menu is made with different types of bread, from the traditional “llonguet” and “Pa Moreno”, to artisan rye and cereal breads, which provide us with variety and quality in all our proposals.
