It’s an initiative by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation of the Government of Spain to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), freelancers, and businesses. The primary goal of this program is to promote the modernization of businesses through digitalization across Spain.
The aid is distributed into several segments based on the size of the business and its number of employees.

Website and Internet Presence (up to €2,000): The main objective of this category is to help you have a website to give you visibility on the internet.

E-commerce (up to €5,000): The main objective of this category is to create your product and/or service sales website using digital means for transactions. In addition to giving visibility to your brand, you will have an e-commerce platform or online store.

Business Intelligence and Analytics (up to €8,000): The objective of this category is to enable your company to leverage data for better decision-making processes.

Process Management (up to €18,000): The main objective of this category is to digitize and/or automate business processes related to operations or production.

Electronic Invoicing and Billing Management (up to €3,000): This solution enables the digitalization and security of your invoice issuance and receipt processes, ensuring secure and streamlined business workflows.

Cybersecurity (up to €29,000): The objective of this solution is to provide both basic and advanced security for employee devices.

Managed Cybersecurity Service (up to €29,000): The main objective of this category is to provide a service that combines EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) and MDR (Managed Detection and Response) techniques to detect cybersecurity incidents in real time and address them as quickly and effectively as possible.

50* ≤ X < 100 employees: €200/device (up to 99 devices)
100 ≤ X < 250 employees: €200/device (up to 145 devices)

Customer Management with AI Integration (up to €24,000): The main objective of this category is to provide artificial intelligence training to optimize processes and streamline customer interactions and relationships.

50* ≤ X < 100 employees: €18,000 (includes 10 users and training for at least 3 users in AI integration)
100 ≤ X < 250 employees: €24,000 (includes 15 users and training for at least 5 users in AI integration)

Business Intelligence and Analytics with AI Integration (up to €9,000): The main objective of this category is to provide specialized artificial intelligence training in Business Intelligence and analytics, improving the business decision-making process.

50* ≤ X < 100 employees: €8,000 (includes 10 users and training for at least 3 users in AI integration)
100 ≤ X < 250 employees: €9,000 (includes 15 users and training for at least 5 users in AI integration)

Process Management with AI Integration (up to €19,000): The main objective of this category is to digitize and/or automate business processes related to the operational or production aspects of beneficiary companies through specialized AI training in process management.

100 ≤ X < 250 employees: €19,000 (includes 25 users and training for at least 5 users in AI integration)

Secure Workstation (up to €1,000): If you have a microenterprise belonging to Segment III, the main objective of this category is to provide a secure workstation to enhance or improve your productivity.
